Ritzy's is truly an Evansville staple; when my out-of-town friends come to Evansville, this is the first place where they want to dine. The food is phenomenal. Nothing beats a double cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, or a 7-way chili from Ritzy's. The milkshakes and ice cream are the stuff of legend if you haven't heard, too. Give them a try as Ritzy's never disappoints.

I like it because the food always tastes good and ice cream is excellent

My boyfriend and I went there a couple of weeks ago. It was a slow night but the staff seemed to be very rude and very rushed. Our food was just thrown on a tray and basically tossed out to us. The burgers were very little and very burnt. It was my very first time there and I will not be returning.

Just came from there and what negative can I say? Nothing the food is great people are great and amazing attitudes. I got a chill deal which is a burger a drink fries and a small order of ice cream (that they give you a ticket to be able to claim after your food is done so it don't melt AWESOME!!!). I also added a chili cheese dog on top of the order. Everything was delicious and serves fast and hot. Will definitely be a regular spot when I come down to visit and definitely worth my money spent. Good work everyone and thanks for a delightful meal and service.

Good cheap place to eat, food is delicious!

Food was good but our barred out cashier charged us for a pb&j that never got made and I had to pay for a second one to actually get it because they didn’t give me a receipt in the first place. Also neglected to give us our ice cream tickets for our meals but I would rather leave without ice cream than get stared through trying to explain any more of her mistakes.

Went to drive they of course and ordered for my grandson . Cheeseburger kids meal, they asked what drink? I asked if they had juice and their reply was, “we have Mt. Dew”. Asked if they had chocolate milk they said yes, but failed to say that they would charge a dollar to put chocolate syrup in a cup of milk! Drove to Newburgh to take the $8.00 kiddie meal to my grandson and opened the bag to find a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich! Grandson said he wouldn’t eat it! Tried to call the this location back and no one would answer! Pathetic!!!!!

The bun and the burger were different and not in a good way. The burgers used to be thin and crispy and the bun used to be bakery style and buttery. It was a big disappointment 😔 It will be a while before I eat there again.

The mint chocolate chunk ice cream use to have chunks of chocolate in it. I recently bought some and there was no chocolate chunks just little specks of chocolate. If the ice cream is no longer made with chocolate chunks the name should to changed to mint chocolate chip ice cream. Very disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Lost an expensive phone here and they had it. Usually it would disappear at many places. Good food, good employees, thank you Ritzy's :)

Always yummy food! The service was fast and the food was prepared fresh while we waited. We will be back!

Great food and super fast service

The best cheeseburgers and I always add bacon. Yum. Service is always fast and associates are friendly and helpful. The big salad with chicken is awesome. Love the drive thru screen, it shows you what you ordered.

Love the shoestring fries and wonderful burgers. Everything on menu excellent. Dining area could have been cleaner

The staff was friendly and quick to get food out. However, once we got the food, both burgers were cold and the add-ons were less than fresh. The hot dog, onion rings and fries were okay. But was considerably more expensive than the quality would suggest.

It's fast. It's super old school. It's consistent. The service is solid. The location is clustered and usually crowded, but it's crowded for a reason. All fast food should be up to par with Ritsy's , but it probably never will be. This place is a classic. I hope it never changes.

Wish they could put back the strawberry cheese cake icecream. Was my favorite hope to see it on the menu.

The staff was very curt and impersonal. At the window, the cashier took my credit card in and shut the window while in possession of my card for a long time. Because of the way they acted it seemed almost suspicious that they kept it so long. Our order was crammed into one bag with fries sideways in the bag to where they’d spill everywhere when you tried to get anything out of the bag. The shakes were a mess and dripped all over us and our vehicle. When we stopped in the parking lot to check if the order was correct, the fries spilled everywhere and as a result we knocked over a strawberry shake and it emptied all over the floorboard. I ran inside to get a towel because it was such a mess. The person behind the counter said “I guess you want a new one” with a disdain in her voice. I said no, we just wanna clean up this mess. Basically, the overall experience and rudeness of the staff ensured that that was our last visit to gd ritzy’s.

Stopped at the Ritzy's drive thru in Evansville on the way home after a long day. I ordered and was charged for a double Ritzy with cheese, loaded, a medium Dr. Pepper, fries and a double scoop in a waffle cone. I was already down the road when I found that my burger was a single, plain, no toppings, and my soft drink was flat and warm as asphalt. If that cone had a double scoop into my name is Fred Smith... and it's not. I don't think I'll be back

GD Ritzy's is my favorite ice cream shop! They have great atmosphere and delicious food too!

Clean, friendly family environment. A bonus if you like oldies 50's, 60's era music!

GD Ritzy's is the best place for this style of food! We'd never go to those big chain versions because they are no match. We've moved from the area, but literally every time we come back to visit we swing through here for a deluxe garden salad, crisp burger, chili coney dog (with that delicious shredded cheese), flavored sodas, or my favorite ice cream of all time anywhere: amaretto cherry.

When you go inside and see how it's running it's kind of scary not the GD ritzy's we grew up with. While preparing my food they're eating the bacon. This defeats the porpose of wearing gloves :(

This has been a favorite amongst my family for years and I bring friends here so they can have a local flavor. I am most appreciative that they continue to have report card rewards.

My husband went into buy a $50 gift card and the manager LITERALLY LAUGHED in his face because they were busy. He decided to keep our money and we will not be returning. It’s really sad how horrible the customer service is. We literally tried handing you money and you laughed.

Have been coming here since I was a kid. Great burger place with a 50's dinner feel. It is fast food type service but that's fine because the food makes up for that plus I don't have to tip. The reason I don't give a 5 star is the food has been overly greasy lately. Still good but didn't used to be that way.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoy burgers, fries, onion rings, and milk shakes. The service is friendly. The food is made to order.

The theme is wonderful and true to itself. Best fries I've ever had including the ice cream!!
